He has played critical roles in helping grow businesses to nine-figures, as well as assisting in taking start-up brands to market. His experience spans across key accounts and distributors including Kroger, Albertson’s, Whole Foods, Wegman’s, HEB, Ahold, Costco, Walgreens, GNC, Vitamin Shoppe, All Military Branches, 7- Eleven, Circle K, UNFI, KeHE, Vistar, McLane, Europa and DSD. Justin’s strengths are in building brands, developing go-to-marketing plans, opening new sales channels, organization design, establishing and maintaining partnerships, delivering on his commitments and building sell-through strategies.
Luke’s professional accolades consist of establishing, managing and implementing the infrastructure and growth strategy for over 75,000 retail doors. Luke’s expertise spans across multiple trade channels such as Food, Drug, Mass, Club, Convenience, Military, Alternative, Specialty, Independent and e-Retail. To date, his efforts have contributed to over $2B in retail sales. His strengths include developing and commercialization plans, contract negotiations, product development, people strategies, entrepreneurial grit, and cross-functional team execution. Luke has experience in hyper-growth start-up and mid-sized CPG environments.
